As MDK GROUP LTD Digital (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), the cancellation and refund processes for the digital services, software solutions, and creative media products we offer are subject to specific rules due to their nature. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Refund Exceptions for Digital Products and Services In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (software licenses, custom coding, digital designs, e-commerce infrastructure setups, server setups) are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, no refunds can be made for digital projects that have been initiated and delivered.

2. Project Cancellation Conditions

  • Before Work Commences: If the cancellation of an approved project is requested in writing (e.g., via email) within [X] business days from the date of the contract or approval, and no development/design process has been initiated for the project, the paid amount will be refunded in full without any deductions.

  • After Work Commences: In the event of the cancellation of projects where design, coding, or strategy processes have already begun, the cost of labor and working hours spent up to the moment of cancellation (calculated based on man/hour rates) will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

  • Third-Party Expenses: Expenses for domain names, servers (hosting), premium theme licenses, or third-party software purchased on your behalf within the scope of the project are non-refundable under any circumstances; these licenses and rights will be transferred to the customer.

3. Subscription and Maintenance Services For the cancellation of regular services renewed on a monthly or annual basis, such as server maintenance, SEO, social media management, or consultancy, a written notice must be provided at least [15] days before the next billing cycle. No retroactive refunds will be issued for canceled periods.
